Job description

Central Ohio automotive dealership group is looking for aย Top Performing Car Salesperson looking to get
into F&I ย with a proven track record of exceptional SALES performance, with excellent CSI. We will
provide all of the hands on training, pay for F&I school


The initial position pays up toย $175,000.00 ย for the right candidate. We will also offer a relocation expense
to the best candidate if needed. Below is a summary of the required responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:

Efficiently contract automotive customers
Offer customers loss prevention options
Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and
benefits with a legally compliant menu.
Meet dealer group's benchmark standards for product penetrations and PVR
Clean paperwork and low CIT are a must
Actively assist the sales desk when needed for Finance turns, negotiation, etc.
Lead by example


Qualifications:

Top salesperson at current dealership
Must be a top performer with good CSI
Must have a proven track record
Must be looking for a long-term position and looking to grow within the organization
