Position Overview 

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer to own both the strategy and hands-on administration of our entire Microsoft 365 environment. This multi-faceted role will drive how we further develop and evolve our use of the Microsoft 365 cloud eco-system.  This role will touch everything from identity management, document retention, integration with other platforms, etc.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Develop and modernize business solutions using Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Analyze, design, and document business applications and process automation.
  • Hands-on development and testing using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with team members and business unit stakeholders.
  • Assist various teams and departments with their individual Teams and SharePoint sites.

Operations & Integration 

  • Implement workflows and processes to manage information using collaboration platforms.
  • Integrate the Microsoft 365 platform with third party tools and platforms as needed. 

Training & Support 

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees using Microsoft 365; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary. 
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and conduct workshops to drive user adoption and best practices. 

Analytics & Insights 

  • Analyze user behavior, resource allocations, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to improve the user experience and increase efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) and/or applicable work experience.
  • Strong background in Identity Management, Mobile Device Management
  • 3+ years in Microsoft 365 strategy/administration or related roles (dealership or equipment/construction industry preferred). 
  • Experience with third party Microsoft 365 management tools (ManageEngine)
  • Proven success implementing and managing user engagement and communication.
  • A strong analytical and attention to detail mindset. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mentality, responsive, and strong work ethic.
  • Good physical and emotional health.
  • Must show proof of valid driver’s license and approved Motor Vehicles Record.

Preferred Skills 

  • Knowledge of heavy equipment or automotive dealership operations. 
  • Change management or training experience.
