Job description

Auto Bookkeeper   

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable bookkeeper to drive our daily accounting workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial data with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and good communication skills are required
  • Must be a team player, a quick learner 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Auto dealership experience a plus, but not required
  • Maintain a professional appearance 

Responsibilities

  • Posting, costing, new and used car deals 
  • Process of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements 
  • Run and review the monthly accounts payable 
  • Update spreadsheets for the monthly payments and miscellaneous files
  • Review, research and clear all related schedules
  • Vehicle floor plan and payoffs
  • Complete special projects, as assigned and other office accounting duties as well
