Job description

Automotive Avenues LLC, New Jersey's largest independent used car dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Auto Dealership Bookkeeper/Assistant Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified, experienced, and motivated individual who prefers the laid back, friendly atmosphere rarely found at a franchised dealership. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day to day accounting operations.
  • Costing and posting deals to the general ledger.
  • Responsible for various Accounts payable and receivable accounts.
  • Reconciliation of schedules.
  • Assist with management of financial internal controls.
