Lead Android Automotive software projects for top automotive clients. This role combines technical project management with customer engagement, driving innovative in-car solutions in collaboration with global teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage technical projects for automotive customers, overseeing planning and implementation of Android Automotive solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • Provide technical expertise on Android Automotive integration within emerging system architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and the U.S. to deliver high-quality solutions and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to streamline partner engagement and guarantee product quality.
  • Balance customer requirements with technical constraints, proposing innovative and practical solutions.
  • Support concept design, testing, data analysis, and technical execution throughout all project phases.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Occasionally travel to engage with global P3 teams and strengthen collaboration across regions.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
  • You bring experience managing technical projects in automotive software or related domains.
  • Ability to provide guidance on Android Automotive integration, HMI, and IVI systems.
  • Skilled in developing and executing detailed project plans aligned with business goals.
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus).
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Android or Linux-based system architecture.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams or products.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL are a plus.
