Automotive Accounting Specialist


Beck Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive dealership accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with accuracy-driven financial processes.


Position Overview
The Automotive Accounting Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of dealership operations. This role will support daily accounting functions with a focus on payables, billing, and/or inventory processes.


Required Experience (Automotive Dealership Experience Required)
Candidates must have prior dealership experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Deal Billing / Contract Processing
  • Inventory / Floorplan / Vehicle Accounting


Key Responsibilities

  • Bill out deals and ensure proper posting to accounting system
  • Review and post dealership transactions
  • Support billing and deal funding processes
  • Assist with inventory and schedule reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Work collaboratively with accounting office and dealership staff
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks


Qualifications

  • Prior automotive dealership accounting experience required
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is highly preferred
