Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate all aspects of the vehicle sales process from credit application to vehicle funding
  • Ensure compliance of vehicle sales contracts with state and group requirements
  • Manage vendors and outsourcing activities
  • Collaborate with central accounting to produce timely financial statements
  • Support sales teams across the organization to facilitate efficient vehicle funding and processing
  • Ensure timely funding for contracts in transit
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and accounting operations


Qualifications:


  • Automotive TItle Clerk Experience preferred
  • Automotive Accounting Office Experience perferred
  • DealerTrack experience a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid drivers license
  • Experience in business office duties
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
