Job description

Are you detail-obsessed, highly organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Greenway Automotive is on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic Tags & Title Clerk to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your administrative expertise to one of the nation's top-performing automotive groups.
We're looking for someone with at least **two years of experience** of title clerk experience, preferably within a dealership. You'll need strong communication skills, top-notch organizational abilities, and a friendly, helpful attitude. If you know your way around automotive paperwork and can juggle deadlines like a pro, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of all outstanding title work
  • Report missing or problematic titles to management and provide updates to the controller
  • Process all new and used vehicle registrations (in-state and out-of-state)
  • Manage tag and title work schedules and inventory (metal & temporary tags)
  • Apply for duplicate titles as needed
  • Print customer registrations and maintain title/trade pack inventory
  • Enter and update system notes and track completed work
  • Assist customers, employees, and managers with tag & title support
  • Stay current on state title regulations and attend relevant seminars
  • Support the accounting department and perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive title work experience required
  • Experience with dealership accounting, CDK, and DealerDMV preferred
  • Notary Public certification is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
  • Strong time management skills with a knack for juggling tasks and deadlines
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
