Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Cary, NC. Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog eat dog" shop. It's fun, fair and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. 

What You’ll Do: 

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.  

  • 190 Point Vehicle Inspection  

  • Lube, filter, flushes 

  • Brake system and tire repair 

  • Suspension and alignments 

  • Vehicle Drivability 

  • Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair 

  • Gasket and Seal Repairs  

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Must be state certified where applicable  

  • At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification 

  • Own a set of tools 

  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record 

  • High school diploma or the equivalent 

  • Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn 

  • Respect for teammates and positive outlook
