What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our service department. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, communicate with technicians, present estimates, and make sure each guest receives a professional and efficient service experience.


Responsibilities include:


  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately
  • Build and manage repair orders
  • Communicate with technicians, parts, warranty, BDC, and management
  • Present estimates and recommended services clearly
  • Sell needed maintenance and repair work in a professional, low-pressure manner
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Help maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented service department culture
