Automotive Service Advisors are professionals who act as the liaison between customers and automotive technicians in service centers or dealerships. They help customers by understanding their vehicle concerns, explaining recommended repairs or maintenance, and providing cost estimates. Service Advisors also schedule appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout the repair process. Their role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the service department.
