Experienced Automotive Service Advisor – High-Volume Nissan Dealership

Location: Mesquite, TX

This Role Is for Experienced Service Advisors

Trophy Nissan is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor (Service Writer) to join our large, high-volume service department. This opportunity is specifically designed for seasoned service professionals who understand dealership service operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to make a long-term commitment to their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and retention

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department

  • Accurately assess vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services and repairs

  • Monitor repair progress and provide frequent updates to customers

  • Increase profitability through ethical service recommendations and promotions

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • Proficient with computers and dealership management systems

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
