Compensation: $70,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • Kia or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license required
