  • About Acura & The Role
    As an Acura Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering an ownership experience that reflects Acura's commitment to precision, performance, and long-term reliability. This position is ideal for a professional advisor who understands how to balance technical knowledge, consultative selling, and exceptional guest care.
    You will be the primary point of contact for service guests, ensuring clear communication, accurate recommendations, and a seamless service experience from initial write-up through final delivery.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Welcome Acura guests professionally and establish trust through transparent communication
    • Accurately document vehicle concerns and perform needs-based service consultations
    • Recommend Acura-factory-approved maintenance and repair services
    • Prepare, review, and explain estimates clearly and confidently
    • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service status and timelines
    • Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure quality repairs and efficiency
    • Promote Acura maintenance milestones and value-added services without pressure
    • Process repair orders, warranty documentation, and closing paperwork accurately
    • Deliver vehicles with a professional explanation of completed work and next service needs
    • Maintain CSI, retention, and sales performance standards consistent with Acura brand expectations

    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (Acura, Honda, or luxury/import brand preferred)
    • Strong communication, organization, and customer-handling skills
    • Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a premium brand
    • Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Tekion preferred)
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
