They diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, perform routine maintenance like oil changes and brake repairs, and use specialized tools and equipment to fix issues. Technicians often work in repair shops, dealerships, or service centers and must stay updated with new automotive technologies. Their goal is to ensure vehicles run safely and efficiently for their owners.

What types of collaboration can an Auto Repair Technician expect with other team members in a typical auto shop?

Auto Repair Technicians frequently collaborate with service advisors, parts specialists, and fellow technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs.
