The Auto Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, recommending necessary services and ensuring timely and high-quality repairs. This position requires excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customers concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues.
- inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Upsell maintenance services ethically and effectively.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and honestly.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers license
- Automotive knowledge required (Dealership experience preferred)
