Job description

At Servco Toyota Hilo, we are provide top notch service to our customers and you can make our customers' dealership service experience a pleasurable one! Welcome and be the primary point of contact for our customers in getting their service needs completed in a timely and efficient manner.
KEY OUTCOMES:
  • Welcome customers and determine which vehicle services are needed
  • Work as a liaison between technicians and customers to provide an understanding of the work that needs to be completed on their vehicle
  • Inspect customer vehicle records and sight inspect vehicle to assess if additional services are needed
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer's approval
  • Monitor status of vehicle service/repair and keep customer informed
  • Book and close repair orders on a timely basis
  • Arrange for customer loaner vehicles if needed
  • Follow-upon back-ordered parts and contact customer to schedule return appointment
  • Check to ensure all items the customer requested was completed and payment is made before returning the vehicle to the customer

QUALIFICATIONS: List the relevant qualifications that are needed to successfully achieve the key outcomes required for the job. Note any preferred qualifications, if applicable. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Work Experience:
  • Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience

Service Consultants receive a $2000 a month guaranteed base salary and a competitive incentive program. We also compensate our Service Consultants who receive strong customer service scores.
