Job description

We are a German auto repair and aftermarket performance shop seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Writer / Sales Associate & Social Media Coordinator.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands automotive service, and has a creative side for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and management
  • Clearly explain services, repairs, and recommendations
  • Schedule appointments, prepare estimates, and create work orders and invoices
  • Follow up with customers and return calls promptly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Operations & Administrative

  • Order parts, receive deliveries, and process vendor invoices
  • Assist with general shop organization and workflow

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media accounts and online presence
  • Create engaging content (text, photos, video)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help maintain and update e-commerce website

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean record (required)
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to Saddle Brook NJ, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours max per week)
  • Strong knowledge of German vehicles (required)
  • Experience with European performance aftermarket (preferred)
  • 1+ year in service writing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Must speak English fluently (required) and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Basic image/video editing skills
  • Age 18+ and authorized to work in the USA (required)
  • High school diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and team-focused
  • Professional references required
