Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Service Advisor to lead our customer experience and sales process. This role is for a "closer" who understands the technical side of auto repair but excels at building trust through education. You will use industry-leading tools to maintain high standards of efficiency and profitability, ensuring every client leaves with a safe vehicle and a world-class experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of Automotive Service Advising (Required).

  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Tekmetric, ALLDATA, and Identifix. You must be an expert at using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to communicate repair needs.

  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly valued and considered a strong asset in our shop environment.

  • Sales Ability: A proven track record of meeting performance goals through ethical, relationship-based selling.

  • License: Valid driver’s license (Required).

Core Responsibilities

  • Expert Estimating: Utilize Tekmetric to build accurate repair orders and leverage ALLDATA/Identifix to verify labor times and parts specifications.

  • The "DVI" Process: Present digital inspections to customers with photos and videos to clearly explain the "why" behind every service recommendation.

  • Client Relations: Manage the front-of-house workflow from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring professional communication throughout the repair process.
