Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our premier vehicle repair software, Identifix, to new business clients. Identifix is a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline the repair process, improve accuracy, and increase profitability for automotive repair shops. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Solera's growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the automotive repair industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and goals of prospective clients. Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Identifix in meeting those needs.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of Identifix software, highlighting key features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers within prospective client organizations.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals that align with company goals. Secure long-term contracts and partnerships with new clients.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients maximize the value of Identifix.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement of the Identifix product.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or vehicle repair industry.

Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
