Master Automotive Technician - $20 to $40/hr + $7,000 Monthly Bonus

A well-established automotive service organization is seeking experienced Master Automotive Technicians to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for highly skilled technicians who enjoy diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

This position offers competitive hourly pay, substantial monthly bonus opportunities, overtime, and a strong benefits package.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities:

• Review repair orders and communicate with service advisors
• Perform vehicle inspections and advanced diagnostics
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Estimate labor and parts requirements
• Complete repairs on major vehicle systems
• Install and replace parts and components
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of automotive technician experience (3-4 years may be considered)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and German vehicles
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills
• Experience using Identifix
• Must provide own professional tools
• Valid driver's license
• Experience operating automotive shop equipment

Preferred:

• ASE certifications
• Master Technician background
• Advanced drivability and electrical diagnostic expertise

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-$40/hr base pay
• Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $1,500-$7,000
