Job Position:
Mobile Cell Phone Laptop Tablet Technician Repair (Full Time Position)

We are looking for a professional Apple Computer/iPhone Technician with excellent troubleshooting and problem reporting and resolution skills on iPhone, Apple Laptops, Desktops and who are capable of handling customer issues and able to positively represent the company to our customer base.

Company Overview:
We are a leading repair-shop provider of electronics repairs such as iPhone , Samsung , iPad repair, Tablet Repair, and other device repair services.

Position Overview:
  • The successful candidates will be highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined, and strive to achieve customer satisfaction by providing prompt in-house, on-site service, as well as timely workbench analysis and repairs.
  • Applicants with a background in repair industry like Apple iPhone, Macbook, iMac & Operating Systems, and are Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians (ACMT) will be highly considered.
  • Experience Required with iPhone, Mac, and iPad Repairs.
  • Computer Repair Software and Hardware!
  • Samsung and Tablet repairs.
  • The position is open immediately for a Repair Technician.

This Position Will:
  • Work in a repair-shop environment helping customers fix their devices.
  • Repair iPad, iPhone, and other devices.
  • Repair Mac and PC Computers (hardware and software).
  • Some experience is necessary.

Skills Required:
  • Strong customer service skills are needed on the phone and in person.
  • Full knowledge and experience to repair iPhones such as broken screens, and changing batteries or cameras.
  • Apple Certifications, Desktop Repair Technician, Portable Repair Technician, Technical Coordinator.
  • Excellent Apple diagnostics repair and troubleshooting skills.
  • Satisfactory verbal and written skills.

Experience:
  • Experience in diagnostics & repair of Apple computers.
  • Two years of proven experience repairing Apple Computer Systems.
  • Experience in changing glass on iPhone & iPad.
  • One to two years of customer interface experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician.
