If you're an experienced technician tired of low hours, weak tickets, and poor shop culture, this is your upgrade. TLS Motorworks is a high-production, team-first shop where top techs earn real money and enjoy coming to work.

What You'll Get

  • $36–$56/hour (flat rate based on experience)
  • Weekly pay + production bonuses

  • Consistent workflow (~36 cars/week, $1,100 ARO)

  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
  • Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
  • Handle steering, suspension, and timing chain work
  • Execute accurate diagnostics and repairs
  • Communicate clearly with team and service advisors

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of automotive repair experience
  • 5+ years working on Asian vehicles
  • Tesla experience is a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in a high-performance shop environment
  • Solid computer skills
