Riverchase Kia is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Maintain accurate repair orders while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • Kia or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license required
