Team One CDJR in Anniston, AL is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • CDJR dealership experience is a plus
