Greenway Automotive Group is actively hiring Automotive Service Advisors for multiple dealerships in the Orlando area, including Kia, Hyundai, Dodge, and Ford locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates with customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Monitor repair orders from write-up through completion
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with warranty and manufacturer service procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge required
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required
