Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding ability to maintain customer satisfaction (communication skills)
  • Proper scheduling and tracking of all customer related concerns
  • Professional and personable attitude and work ethic
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Competency in writing and communicating repair orders between customers and employees
  • Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
  • Performing any additional task assigned by management
  • Commitment to being a team player

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive
  • Strong communication skills; a track record in a leadership role
  • Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
  • Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles
