What You’ll Do (And Be Paid Well To Do It)
  • Manage a high-volume service drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service
  • Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
  • Maximize every RO opportunity through proper inspection review and service recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate timelines
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with customers
  • Consistently hit and exceed performance metrics (hours per RO, ELR, etc.)

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant / Writer
  • Dealership experience preferred (GM experience is a plus—but not required)
  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Ability to sell service recommendations with confidence and integrity

  • Highly organized with strong time management
