Service Advisor
Beckley Chevrolet - Mount Hope, WV
Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Mount Hope, West Virginia. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly
  • Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate estimates and timelines
  • Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure quality service
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Qualifications:
  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
