WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
• Listen to customer concerns and understand vehicle needs
• Review technician findings and develop accurate repair recommendations
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and approvals
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and management
• Monitor repair progress, quality, and turnaround time
• Help improve service processes, efficiency, and customer experience
• Support technicians and service operations
• Take ownership of customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally
• Help develop stronger service department procedures
• Lead by example and contribute to a professional, accountable team
