This opportunity is ideal for A-Level Technicians, Master Technicians, experienced Diagnostic Technicians, and highly skilled Automotive Technicians who can independently diagnose complex vehicle concerns and perform a wide range of repairs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Domestic, Asian, European, Hybrid, and Light-Duty Fleet vehicles
• Diagnose complex engine performance, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, brake, cooling, and HVAC concerns
• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Diagnose intermittent and difficult-to-find concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, timing, suspension, brake, cooling, and other major repairs
• Use modern scan tools, diagnostic equipment, service information, and testing procedures
• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings accurately
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Assist with difficult diagnostic cases and develop accurate repair plans
• Deliver accurate, efficient, high-quality repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Ability to accurately identify root causes rather than simply replace parts
• Ability to perform complex repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Professional communication and teamwork
• Valid driver's license
• Own professional tools

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• ASE Certifications
• Master Technician certification
• European vehicle experience
• Advanced scan tool and diagnostic equipment experience
• Advanced electrical diagnostic experience
