Service Writer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling service appointments, and creating work orders for our technicians.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
  • Create work orders for technicians and ensure accuracy of information
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure that they have all necessary information to complete the job
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Provide estimates for service work and communicate with customers regarding pricing and timeframes
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of any changes or updates
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they received
  • Maintain accurate records of service work and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service operations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a service writer or customer service role preferred
