Join the dynamic team at Central Groups, a leading name in the towing and transport industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Writer to contribute to our service sales and gross profit. This role is integral to our business volume and customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated individual with a background in automotive writing/estimating, and are seeking a long-term position where you can leverage your skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Drive service sales and gross profit
- Manage team members effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service and client handling
- Work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 2-3 years of experience as a Service Writer (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
- Professional personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
