Position Summary:

As a Reclaim Team Member, you will receive, organize, process, maintain and dispose of unsaleable product.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Utilize forklifts and walker riders to load/unload unsaleable product shipments as assigned by management.

  • Receive, separate and process unsaleable products repairing or bagging leaking product when applicable. While utilizing a scanner to process merchandise.

  • Maintain a log of items to be donated, considered re-saleable and returned to vendor as assigned by management placing properly processed product into designated areas by vendor. Notifying management of unauthorized product.

  • Maintain cleanliness of work area; collect and dispose of all trash properly.

  • Be alert for all safety and sanitary conditions; correct and/or report each incident to management while exercise proper safety practices to include requesting assistance from teammates when physical demands exceed limits.

  • Check and recharge MHE batteries; Complete a Warehouse Equipment Inspection Sheet before operating equipment; maintain cleanliness of equipment.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Move pallet on an electric pallet jack (MHE)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Must frequently sit, walk and stand, use hands to handle, grasp, and twist objects, tools, or controls, and use both feet for repetitive movements as in operating foot controls. Must frequently walk, talk, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with the hands and arms. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed. While performing the duties of this position, employees are subject to a warehouse environment and may frequently be exposed to changes in temperature and humidity based on assignment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Employees must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the condition specified for 8-10 hours shift as assigned. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
