Job Description

Are you ready to turn your passion for motorsports and the outdoors into a rewarding career? United Motorsports is seeking enthusiastic and driven Title Clerk Assistant to join our team!

The Title Clerk Assistant plays a key role in supporting management and processing legal ownership documents for units sold, such as side by sides, four-wheelers, and dirt bikes.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Accurately prepares and processes all new and used motorsport unit sales for registration, including tax and title documents.
  • Submits legal transfer ork and stays updated on changes to local and state titling laws.
  • Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lienholders are paid off before processing title applicants.
  • Maintains detailed records of all title and registration transactions, tracking outstanding titles and reporting missing documents to management.
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding title status, registration procedures, and fees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Works closely with sales and finance teams to resolve title discrepancies and ensure all deals are complete.
