Job description

HR File Clerk-Mercedes Benz Stadium

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR File Clerk to support our Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and auditing employee files, assisting with new hire onboarding documentation, and supporting the transition to digital recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will ensure that all employee records are current, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize physical HR files in the employee file room.
  • File new documents promptly, including performance records, benefit forms, and training records.
  • Pull and prepare termination files as needed for HR review and archiving.
  • Create and prepare complete orientation folders for new hires.
  • Audit employee files regularly to ensure all required documentation is present and up to date.
  • Assist in scanning and digitizing employee records to support the department's transition to digital filing systems.
  • Keep file room orderly, labeled, and compliant with confidentiality protocols.
  • Assist with general clerical support for the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior clerical or HR administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanners and file management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
