Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator – Bezalel Nursing Home

Bezalel Nursing Home is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator to work directly with the Facility Administrator. This is a dynamic hybrid position that combines Executive Assistant and Human Resources responsibilities.

The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative operations, scheduling, correspondence, reports, employee onboarding, personnel files, recruitment coordination, and other HR-related tasks. The position will also serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for staff, residents, families, and visitors.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle confidential information with discretion, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Prior administrative, HR, healthcare, or long-term care experience is preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
