The Opportunity

As an HR Graduate in the Supply Chain/ Operations area, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in all people-related topics. You will contribute to the operational excellence of the department and help us attract, develop, and engage the best talent in the industry.

What you'll get to do

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback management.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and integration activities for new joiners in the company.

Talent & Development

  • Assist in the rollout and follow-up of talent reviews, development plans, and performance cycles.
  • Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and internal communication related to employee development.

HR Operations

  • Ensure smooth daily HR operations: HR data accuracy, reports, and administrative follow-up.
  • Support mobility, organizational changes, and headcount tracking.

Projects & HR Analytics

  • Contribute to transversal HR projects (e.g. engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion initiatives, process improvement).
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management teams.

Experience:

 A previous experience in a similar role would be a plus.

Education:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

 

Languages:

 Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
