Job description

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for helping with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Assistant carries out responsibilities in different areas of the HR department and assists with filing paperwork and maintaining/organizing documents and information.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
  • Filing of HR records.
  • Applicant Tracking in Infor HR Systems.
  • Call and Schedule interviews.
  • Composing letters and correspondence including Memos to stores, message for events/activities reminders
  • Filing & recording of HR related forms.

Education and/or Experience
  • Two-year Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from a Community college or a University
  • Must be able to effectively read, understand, speak, write, and communicate the English language.
