Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 / year based on experience + Bonus Potential

Join Clydeโ€™s Restaurant Group, a leading name in the restaurant industry with 15 thriving properties in the DMV area. Are you passionate about hospitality and people? Weโ€™re seeking an outgoing, driven, highly organized, and self-motivated Recruiting & Human Resources Specialist to join our corporate HR and Recruiting team. In this role, youโ€™ll be a key partner in helping us find the talented people behind some of the DMVโ€™s most iconic dining experiences โ€” from front-of-house and kitchen teams to management.

This position reports directly to the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources and offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, working closely with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and corporate leadership across our 15 locations. Youโ€™ll assist the full-cycle recruiting process for both hourly and management roles, and youโ€™ll be expected to take initiative, stay organized, and drive the administrative side of recruiting with minimal oversight.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely 75% of the time, with the remaining time split between our corporate office and restaurant locations.

  • Understanding of the full recruiting cycle โ€” from job posting through onboarding

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A RECRUITING & HR SPECIALIST
  • Partner with GMs, Executive Chefs, and corporate to fill hourly and management roles across all locations
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and referrals
  • Post and manage job ads on Jobvite (ATS), our website, and social platforms
  • Review resumes and assess candidate fit for FOH, BOH, and management positions
  • Own recruiting admin end-to-end โ€” keep Jobvite current, track candidate status, and deliver a great candidate experience
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruiting correspondence
  • Track employee referrals and coordinate referral rewards
  • Plan and execute career fairs and recruiting events
  • Support employer branding efforts across platforms
  • Run background checks and initiate onboarding
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Spot process gaps and bring solutions forward
  • Support the HR team
