Teamwork Therapies is looking for a full-time, HR/Recruiter for our Pleasanton location in California. We are seeking highly qualified, motivated, and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team of therapists.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare or pediatric therapy recruiting who can effectively attract, hire, and support top talent. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and understands the unique staffing needs within pediatric therapy or clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (e.g., therapists, Special Ed Teachers, administrative staff)
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the healthcare/pediatric therapy field
  • Source qualified candidates through healthcare-specific platforms, professional networks, job boards, and outreach efforts to build a strong pipeline of pediatric therapy talent
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credentialing requirements
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Assist with HR functions such as employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, and policy implementation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in healthcare or pediatric therapy settings
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles such as Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and related positions
  • Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for pediatric therapy clinics or similar healthcare organizations
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to healthcare
