HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER - REMOTE

American Health Connection has an immediate opportunity for a Work From Home Human Resources Recruiter. This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position with benefits, virtual training and 100% remote. This role is primarily responsible for high-volume WFH medical call center recruitment. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing healthcare candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. All relationship building is done electronically, which means strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are key factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment, including evaluating candidate resumes and conducting thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, feedback, and support throughout the interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Follow up and communicate with candidates through the candidate's lifecycle.
  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and sourcing networks.
  • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates.
  • Knowledgeable in human resources generalist functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare/medical setting. Understanding medical terminology is a plus.
  • Experience with job boards and other sourcing tools
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
  • Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
  • High School or GED equivalent. College education strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high-volume recruiting, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal.

The candidate must have a personal computer system and meet headset requirements. The candidate must also have a private, noise-free space at home.
