Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:ย  ย Document Control Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Document Control Clerk to join our dynamic team in Gainesville, Texas. This position is responsible for efficient and accurate control and data management of all production and quality related documents.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Sort and prepare documents for document imaging/scanning and accurately index images
  • Provides quality review of all images
  • Validates images to the proper case and folder
  • Routes documents electronically as requested
  • Reports any issues, concerns, and problems to the Quality Manager
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas

ยท Report to work on time and adheres to lunch and break schedules

ยท Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing and able to work on the manufacturing plant floor
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word dominant)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer skills, and superior organizational abilities

ยท Ability and willingness to change job functions at a moment's notice

ยท Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods
