Job description

Job Title: Document Control Clerk in East Houston - Experience in Oil and Gas or Construction experience only. .

Job Description: The Document Control Clerk provides administrative and document management support to Project Teams to ensure that documentation is handled in accordance with internal compliance. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and assisting with document distribution and tracking. Distribute documents internally and externally as directed by the Project Manager or Document Control Manager. • Follow internal document control procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards. • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing physical files. • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities: • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, FusionLive, Ariba, Oracle and Bluebeam. • Basic understanding of document control. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to follow established procedures and work independently when needed. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
