Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5 Duration: Temp to Hire Description of Duties: Organize and maintain electronic and paper documents File, label, number, and distribute documents Track document revisions and updates Review documents for accuracy and completeness Maintain document logs, registers, and transmittals Receive and distribute drawings, specifications, and project documents Upload documents into company systems Follow up on missing or overdue documents Assist with spreadsheets, reports, and general office duties Requirements: 3-5 years of office or administrative experience Document control experience is a plus Experience with engineering drawings is strongly preferred Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organization Good computer skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
