Document Specialist

Temp-to-Perm

Location: Cleveland, OH

Avalon is a nationwide provider of eDiscovery, document services, and cybersecurity solutions supporting law firms and corporations. Our team is known for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, and we are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified.

We are hiring Document Specialists to support our production team on both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate copiers, printers, scanners, and finishing equipment
  • Complete printing, copying, scanning, and binding projects
  • Review job instructions and ensure work is completed accurately
  • Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform quality checks and maintain confidentiality

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Comfort with computers and office equipment
  • Prior print, copy, or production experience is a plus, not required
