Qualifications

Document Control Specialist needs Strong knowledge of an Electronic
Document Management Systems, Document Control Tools, or Collaborative
Project Management software such as OnBase, e-Builder, or SharePoint.


Document Control requires:

  • Degree
  • 3+ years of prior document control / industry experience
  • Design, construction, architecture, real estate development, or facilities management exposure

Document Control Specialist duties:


  • Provide
    reports on quality assurance, quantity, and performance of
    documentation delivery with tracking controls, logs or similar
  • Track phases of multiple projects to proactively provide documentation control support to project management
