Document Management Technician is responsible for executing the prescribed Performance Goals outlined by the Document Managment Supervisor within the Specialty Division of Markel. Performance Goals to articulate productivity and accuracy standards for the Document Management Technician.
  • Assist with the processing or routing of a variety incoming documents or email requests
  • Recognition of Underwriting, Claims, or Audit documents to make appropriate decision on processing
  • Understanding and expertise to execute on assigned Performance Goals via following prescribed training guidelines
  • Adhere to prescribed productivity standards
  • Adhere to prescribed accuracy standards
  • Contribute to team meeting service level standards set forth by department leadership
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues at Markel.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Strong written and typing skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
