We are currently seeking a full-time, in office, Data Integrity Specialist for our West Jordan, UT location


As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will support the day-to-day maintenance, validation, and auditing of core business data. You will be responsible for supporting end users by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through the identification of data discrepancies, validation of cross-functional dashboards and reports, and assistance to the Data Governance Specialist in maintaining data integrity.


Duties include:

  • Assist with testing data changes, system updates, and enhancements to ensure they do not negatively impact data quality or reporting.
  • Validate cross-functional dashboards and reports to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Review and compare data across multiple sources, including Excel exports, system reports, and user interface (UI) data, to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency
  • Assist with validation testing on new system builds to mitigate end user impact.
  • Document and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders in a concise and timely manner
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Apply exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify inconsistencies in complex datasets.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable using data manipulation and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar reporting or data analysis tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate potential causes
  • Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and common business terminology
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time sensitive issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other transactional business systems (Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a data validation, data integrity, data quality, or data governance role (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other transactional business systems (Preferred)

Wages Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
