Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in FHIR and Healthcare Interoperability to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze, define, and deliver healthcare data integration solutions aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare interoperability projects
  • Work extensively with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards and APIs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement data exchange solutions across healthcare systems
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Support data mapping, data modeling, and integration activities involving healthcare systems (EHR/EMR)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and interoperability standards
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of interoperability solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, APIs, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of healthcare data workflows and systems (EHR/EMR)
