Document Control Clerk
Austin Industrial is seeking an Office Clerk to work in our Spartanburg Office. The Office Clerk will be responsible for filing and organizing.
Essential Job Duties:
  1. Daily filing of documents
  2. Labeling folders
  3. Organizing files
  4. Scanning documents into our document management system
  5. Indexing and updating pleading binders
  6. Making copies
  7. Boxing closed files, typing index of the content
  8. Review and retention of system turnover
    packages.
  9. Create and maintain required documentation (ITPs, inspection reports, weld
    logs, and turnover packages)
  10. Track quality training compliance
  11. maintain submittal/transmittal logs
  12. Document Management (Electronic and Manual)

Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  2. Must be detailed oriented, well-organized and have the ability to handle multiple assignment
  3. Candidate must work well independently
  4. Must be able to read P&IDs
