A leading organization in Rio Rancho is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Manufacturing Clerk to support daily production operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys documentation, structure, and keeping manufacturing workflows running smoothly.

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Clerk will handle documentation requests, organize production materials, process quotes, and maintain accurate records. This position is essential to ensuring that engineering, production, and administrative teams receive the correct information and materials on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drawing & Spec Requests โ€” Process and track requests for drawings, specs, and Mylar documents.
  • Work Order Distribution โ€” Prepare and distribute work order folders and change notices to production teams.
  • RFQ Processing โ€” Process and book RFQs accurately and promptly.
  • Work Order Folder Creation โ€” Assemble complete work order folders and Satellite Books for production use.
  • Quote Management โ€” Post quotes, file quotes, and maintain organized contract and paperwork files.
  • Document Filing โ€” File drawings, specs, contracts, and other production documents daily whenever possible.
  • End-of-Day Housekeeping โ€” Dedicate the last 30โ€“45 minutes of each day to workspace cleaning and organization.
