Customer Service Representative (Insurance Servicing)

$17/hr English | $18.50/hr Bilingual Spanish

 

Start Date: September 9

What You'll Do

  • Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
  • Assist customers with homeowners insurance questions related to payments, coverage, and policy information
  • Research accounts and document interactions across multiple systems
  • Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service
  • Multitask between calls, emails, and internal systems
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, and professionalism on every interaction

Schedule

Training (First 45 Days)

  • Fully onsite
  • Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

After Training

  • Hybrid schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Important: No time off permitted during the

first 6 weeks.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Front desk or administrative experience considered
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Reliable transportation
  • Internet connection for hybrid work

This is a Contract position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
