The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting clients across various insurance product lines including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance. Operating within a small team, this role involves high daily customer interaction, utilizing specialized insurance software and custom in-house systems to provide exceptional service and ensure compliance.
