Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.

We seek a licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have an active Utah Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Ogden, UT. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

  • Starting hourly base pay $18-$22 depending on licensing and experience
  • Commissions in addition to base

Requirements

  • Utah Property & Casualty license (required)
